"I first met Dr. Borello and his team 4 years ago when I took my daughter in for a consult. From the very start, this office went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My daughter always looked forward to her appointments and her teeth turned out gorgeous! Fast forward a couple of years, and I went for a consult of my own after two years of pain resulting from improper crowns at another facility that caused the misalignment of my bite. I had been told that I needed SIX more crowns to correct this. I immediately went to Dr. Borello for another opinion. He was very thorough and said he could help me but also advised me to get another opinion from a different dentist before making any decisions. I appreciated his honesty because he could have easily just signed me up for treatment right then. After the second dentist advised me that six crowns were basically unheard of to correct a bite and that orthodontics would be my best bet, I went back to Dr. Borello. I am happy to say that my treatment went well, my teeth look great, and best of all, I am finally pain-free! That is something I never thought I would have again. Now, it is time for yet another member of my family to have orthodontic treatment and you bet I am going back to Dr. Borello and his amazing team!" - Mindy

"Borello Orthodontics at Lake St Louis - Excellent Orthodontist and guess what, his wife is a dentist too! I highly recommend this practice. We had an emergency tonight and Dr. Borello met us at his office well after hours to fix my Granddaughter’s braces and teeth that were knocked out of place at cheer practice. We will meet with the regular dentist tomorrow to have full mouth X-rays to see if there is any other damage. Her teeth are beautiful after the last few years of his work and we have been so pleased! "My daughter just got her braces removed from phase 1 of her treatment plan and we are thrilled. It took less than 10 months and that's with a missed appointment due to COVID!
